More gifts!
Paul came home on Monday with presents! His coworkers all chipped in and made a really nice basket with blankets, bath items, and other goodies for Evan. One of Paul's old co-workers, Maria, also made a diaper cake. I was completly amazed by this thing! I've seen other diaper cakes, but not like this. Maria used receiving blankets, washclothes, and onsies to cover the "cake".
And on the "inside" of each layer were tons of diapers!

Still not moving
Evan has decided that he still likes it in my tummy. At our appointment today, I still have made no progress. Well, actually, my doctor said that he can make a "dimple".
We spoke about possible induction choices. Right now he doesn't want to do anything too extreme. If Evan hasn't arrived by this weekend, Paul and I will be going to the hospital on Sunday at 3:00 pm to get some prostaglandin gels over the course of about six hours. I have another doctors appointment on Monday to check my progress.
Let's hope that Evan comes on his own!!

Just around the corner...
Well, it's actually more like down the street. It's my due date. After 9 months, it's only 4 days away! We also have a doctors appointment this afternoon and I'll post my progress then.

39 weeks and belly
As Paul and I reach the end of our first pregnancy, we are so anxious and thrilled to meet our little boy! Now that I'm out of school, I wait each day for something to happen. I think it's going to make me insane! The nursery is finished, all Evan's clothes are washed and put away, the car seat is ready, my bags are packed, and I even have a contraction application on my iPod. Here is the last of the belly pictures and I apologize for being a week late.
